Thank you for taking the time to visit my website and getting to know a little bit about me. My name is Rich Noto and I have been a certified personal trainer for the better part of a decade. I specialize in fat loss and total body transformation. My clientele list includes people from a wide range of abilities, such as, individuals with limited or no training experience, children who need proper fitness and nutritional guidance, youth sports performance, people needing to break plateaus, rehabilitation, all the way up to collegiate and professional athletes.
After graduating college with honors, my professional career started as a thriving personal trainer in New York City working at the Sports Club of LA located in Rockefeller Center. Upon relocating to San Diego I became a Fitness Manager of a new upscale health club. As the fitness manager, I created and developed their highly successful personal training program. After these accomplishments, the natural progression of my career was to open my own personal training business, Visualize Fitness, LLC.
Although I am an experienced and educated trainer, I often struggle with the same challenges my clients face.
Just because I am a trainer does not mean I want to eat healthy foods for every meal and have the motivation to workout every day!

I develop a valuable trust and personal relationship with all my clients. As your trainer I will be by your side and progress with you from crawling to walking to running. I build custom workouts and nutritional programs for each of my individual clients. So, you will never have to worry about stale routines that lead to plateaus.

Unlike other trainers, I am available outside the gym. I can’t count how many times I have had clients call me from the grocery store with questions on what foods to buy. Does this bother me? NO! In fact, I encourage it. I want my clients to realize that your goals are also my goals. If you don’t succeed then I don’t succeed. I am not only your trainer. I am also your teammate, or as my clients say “Team Noto!”
Training with me is getting an education as well. After completion of training my clients possess the skills and knowledge to maintain their lifestyles and physique. In fact, often times their friends and family ask them for advice!

Meeting Rich Noto was one of the best things to happen to me. I was coming off of an ACL reconstruction surgery and gained 30 lbs. since my injury. I knew I needed someone with a high education to help me rehabilitate my knee and help me lose this added weight.

I started working out with Rich when I was 12 years old. He trained me for 2 years. I started out weighing 150 lbs and had 28% body fat. After our time together I weighed 165lbs and my body fat was 15 percent. I put on over 12lbs of lean muscle and dropped over 15 lbs. of fat! Most of my weight gain was all lean muscle!
